Adapting Instincts (Instincts, #4)
This story wasn't as sweet as two and three were, but I felt it skimmed over things I wanted to see. I thought Egill and Carl fell in love too quickly, and too much of it happened off page. I also didn't like that Carl's change took place off page. All in all, I found this installment in the series to be less exciting, with little to no action, and more filler to give Carl a happy ending than anything else.Still looking forward to Renart and Troy's story, and hoping to see Nevin again in a future book. I'm also intrigued by Li, Ryu's Ninja enemy.
