I finished this book, put my tablet aside, and rolled over to sleep. And then my hair fell in my face, and I jumped, swatting for a wasp. Yeah, that's how much this one pulled me in.I missed Dex for most of this book, but he did come through in the end, like I knew he would. Things are still on pretty rocky footing for our Dex and Perry though, and I expect the next book to be an equally rocky thrill ride.We learned a bit more in this one, about Perry and about Dex. About what they see, what they are, connections they never knew they had. I just hope that it doesn't take Perry too long to get over the pain that Dex caused her in the last book.
