This was just fabulous, just what I was in the mood for. Stiles gets bitten by a fox, only it's a werefox. And then they find out it's a strike at Derek, because everyone seems to realize what Stiles means to Derek but Stiles. You know, the usual.This was pretty slow burn, with sex only coming at the very end, but I didn't really miss it. I love the UST, and this story had plenty of that.
Derek was particularly gruff and moody in this one, which I loved. All too often, writers make him too mellow or too punny, too soon in the TW world, without enough time to show how he became that way. I thought this story hit those notes just right.
