Avid reader, part time gamer. I read and review books for other readers, not for authors. I review mostly M/M books, so if that doesn't float your boat, well, there are other boats in the sea, other reviewers in this great blogosphere!

Hunter is blind and Dillon is a high priced hooker. Dillon propositions Hunter one night on the street, something he never does. They both are lonely enough to go with it, and a tentative relationship forms. Not tentative because they aren't very into each other, but because they are both afraid the other couldn't want a blind guy or a hooker, and because they never really talk about their feelings.

The side characters in this one were a hoot, I particularly loved the waitress at Hunter's favorite diner. The writing was a bit overly descriptive, but I took that to be in deference to Hunter's blindness, he "saw" things in the senses of scent, taste, and touch, so of course, those things would be more when told in Hunter's POV.

I'd also like to mention that I really dislike the term "bred/breed" in reference to guys fucking. "I bred him". It's just a bit weird to me, and always pulls me out of the story. Feels like a cheap porn novel, and not a well written, descriptive romance. But that's my only real complaint and I plan to go right into book 2.
